We take strong measures to protect the security of your personal information and to ensure that your choices for its intended use are honoured. We take precautions to protect your data from loss, misuse, unauthorized access/disclosure, alteration, or destruction.
At Beechwood Beauty our Data is stored solely on Digital platforms. We will hold no physical paper copies of any Data. All platforms used to store Data are password protected. The iPad device used to access the platforms is stored in a locked cabinet in a secure, locked Salon and are only accessible/viewable by the Owner of Beechwood Beauty.

- Timely – our Online Booking & Gift Voucher Purchasing Software
- Consult – Timely’s Partner software used for Digital Consultation and Medical Consent forms
MARKETING
We will never send you marketing emails. We will only inform you about new treatments and price updates within Beechwood Beauty or changes to Opening Times/Special Holiday Hours. We deem this information as quite important to both Us and You.
